They do not answer their phone and don't return calls
Half the time my garbage does not get picked up when it is supposed to. If there is a better option available I will try that.

have never delt with such a sorry bunch...
I have a dumpster that was suposed to be dumped 4 times a month, lucky to get them to dump it once every two months. cant ever get anyone on the phone. told them i no longer cared for their service and 2 months later i still have a full dumpster sitting in my yard that i cant get them to pick up.
