Tacoma Properties

We lived in a cheap 3 bedroom for 6 months. The apartment itself was great but the management was horrible. I complained of a car abandoned in front of the apartment, they never did anything I had to call the city myself. They started doing major construction and tore up the front of the building without bothering to inform the residents. They left a 1 foot trench across the only entrance covered by a wooden board for 2 months. Maintenance took forever to get anything done. Office lady was less then helpful every time I called. They have okay properties for cheap so don't expect much.
