I was in the process of looking at the meager selection when the overhead sprinklers came on soaking me and my leather purse.I didn't immediately realize it had ruined my Michael Kors purse, but after noticing the bubbles on it I went to the "service counter." I expected an apology and assistance rectifying the situation, what I got was attitude. The assistant manager, Bill, basically said it was my fault because I was in the garden center and signs were posted warning that water could pour from the ceiling. First LIE from the company, my husband took pictures, no signs. Plus, why would any customer shop there knowing they could be drenched at any minute?I called the home office after leaving the store, they were very apologetic stating the area manager would call the next day, he did.
