Sunset Tint N Trim

I would never return to this business. I left my truck to have tinting removed and was quoted a price but when I returned to pick the truck up they charged me more than they said it would cost and never gave me a receipt. I picked the truck up after dark and never noticed until the following morning that they had pulled out the head rests and the tinting that they had removed was scattered all over the back seat and floor and my truck smelled like it had been smoked in and one of my headrests were missing. I called the shop and talked to Chris and asked them to look for it and asked why they had not cleaned the back seat and put the head rests back in place. He made no apology, said they didn't have the head rest and they were not responsible, that Mike must have been distracted by a phone call and never cleaned up the truck. I then got a call from Mike in which he told me that they weren't responsible for anything in my truck, later in checking with the other 2 tinting companies in Meridian I found that they had grossly overcharged me. My guess is that they damaged the headrest and hoped that I would not miss it. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I would never recommend their services.

Mike at Sunset Tint N Trim was awesome, they had great customer service, speedy AND quality service done on my car... and the best part was they educated me and actually wanted my business unlike some other places I called. Thank you Mike!
