Poor Customer Service?
Stopped by your restaurant, this afternoon. I have never seen a Subway with a drive through window, so I thought I would go through there. I pulled up to the window and sat there for no less then 15 minutes, without being assisted... the employees looked at me several times but didn't bother to come to the window to ask me to come inside, or offer to take my order. 4 people, after me, also pulled off and left. In my opinion, if you're going to advertise a drive through, then you should train your employees to use it. It's doubtful that I will return.

Great Service
I eat at the Subway in Russell Springs at least twicw a week. They service with a smile and no matter how busy they are they always manage to get my food out and its always right. Theyre food is fresh and the employess there are great. You've got a long time customer here. Thank You.
