place is littered with junkies drugs drunks and occasionally prostitutes. police are in and out on aconstant basis. neighbors getting into arguement with other tenants and theirs absolutely nothing ever done by management

i have lived here for over 6 years and it is still the best in Seattle pay your rent on time and keep your yard up and you will be fine too may people try to get out of their leas and put us down because they brake the lease and cant get the money back this is why most put us down but it is still the best

I have personally known management for many years and both managers try to help if possible and are fairly easy to speak with. They do what the property owner allows them to do. Illegal meds are not tolerated on premisus! Friendly place to stay.
