Overcharge and bad customer service
I don't have a lot of space to tell the whole story but I spent over $2100 and was promised partial money back because what they described would be done was way more than what was actually done. I've gotten a run around for the refund. So I feel they rip you off, and I would not trust them to recommend to friends or family.
