Great Service!!!
We purchased baseball pants with customer team jerseys and SteelLocker did an outstanding job! The uniforms came to us ahead of schedule and the jerseys looked great. The customer service team was very nice and always answered the phone!! will definitely buy again.
Bad experience
Purchased football gloves on 3/6/2013. On 3/14 they said it was backlogged till May. I ordered another set of gloves and they said they will mail it ASAP. I called today 3/20 and they said they still have not mailed it and they were sorry. I had to throw a conniptio...n fit to have them mail it today. They emailed a shipping email but the date said "shipped 3/6/2013 and the tracking number was not found at the USPS site. I will never do business with them again!
