In response to the complaint which is grossly exaggerated. Berkline went out of business and discontinued the selected chairs. And is now out of business as a company completely. We did our best to try and assist however the client was unwilling to accept the fact that the chairs that were special ordered were not refundable. This is the case on any furniture and is the industry standard on special orders. We did however refund this customer and the case is closed.

Since Sound & Vision was listed as a official Berkline dealer, I chose to buy a Berkline theater recliner (45099) from them. After waiting 15 weeks, having 8 different promised delivery days go by unfulfilled and being told they had several customers waiting, we requested a refund. We had to call both S&V locations at our expense to get authorization for the refund since Assistant Manager Murph Wilson "couldn't do it". During one of those calls, the Owner, Mike Woods, claimed that our order was "piddling" and wasn't ever worth the effort he had already allegedly put into getting the chair for us. We were actually willing to give them more time until Mike said that. FWIW, we contacted several other official Berkline home theater dealers within a 50 mile radius and found this shipping problem was exclusive to Sound & Vision. In other words, there are other more reliable resellers who treat their customers properly. Go elsewhere, unless you want to be disappointed and disrespected

I recently purchased a new home theater system from Sound & Vision. The guys were very knowledgable & helpful. The system was also installed by Sound & Vision. I'm very happy with the performance and installation of the system. I would strongly reccomend Sound & Vision to anyone looking to purchase audio/video products.
