Dishonest
Very dishonest business. Put zero gravity chair on layaway. Lady (JG initials on receipt) assured me I would not be sold the chair on display, but a new one. I did not want one the public had set in and tried, including the 3 children in the store with her that day who said they loved sitting in it and "shaking". After I paid the balance and chair was loaded I found out it was the floor model and per the older lady there today it had been put in back the day of layaway with my name on it. This inspite of being assured I would not get the display chair. They refused to unload the chair from my van until after a heated discussion they agreed to unload it for a restocking fee of $50, 25% of the chair price of $200. A restocking fee for an item off the floor that I was assured the day of layaway NOT DOING TO GET! Bureau.
