I too have been waiting but not as long....YET! We ordered chairs and a recliner 8/29/10 and were told as well as written on our bill to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. I have sent 3 emails and left 2 voicemails with no response. During the sale we were told numerous times to feel free to contact Marla at the 910 number. Now when I call, it says the voicemail box is full. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The fact that the items are prepaid should ensure an on time delivery. Otherwise, as the other reviewer suggested, a deposit should be sufficient at sale time. I have to wonder if I will ever see what we purchased!

I have been waiting 3 months for my chairs to arrive! Each time I call the company there is another delay. Now when I call there is no answer. You must pay in full at the time of the sale. Perhaps you should only have to pay 50% and 50% upon delivery. I ordered these chairs as a gift - how disappointing.
