I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company. They knowingly charged for a service that was not delivered. My RE Agent said it was like pulling teeth to get them to deliver throughout the whole long transaction process. Buyer beware!

if your agent tries to refer any business to these crooks, end the agency relationship pronto.....unless you like being a victim!!!! These escrow company as juke fees along with hidden charges!!!! check with pros in the business 1st
