Servpro of Ahwatukee & South Tempe

We called Servpro of Ahwatukee and South Tempe in an emergency over a weekend. We had major water damage. They sent someone out within a couple of hours! He gave us a courtesy call half an hour before he arrived, and got there at the time he said he'd be there. He was very polite and professional. He was highly knowledgeable and got right to work. He was great, and we actually recommended them to our Insurance Adjuster. They even followed up with us for the next three days.\t\n\t\nWe have complete confidence in the job he provided, we are completely pleased with their service. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Serv Pro is super. I've been using them since 1978. There was an office over in Mesa back then, and the guy there was an expert at repairing carpet stains and things. We used him a number of times. We moved into a new house, and whoever installed the carpet there didn't do the best of jobs putting it in and doing the seams. It was the first time in my life I had bought a house full of new carpet and had it be like that. The company sent Serv Pro in, and they were able to fix the seams.\t\n\t\nAfter that, I've used them a number of times, and they turned the carpet around each time. They have cleaned up stains that were unbelievable! When they changed offices, they had new people, but every time I called those folks, they always had time for me. They were always out here, and they did whatever I wanted. I have never been as happy with something! The carpet has been in this house ever since we moved in in 2000, and Serv Pro is why.\t\n\t\nCompanies like them are a gem, and they're just fabulous! They do what you say, and if you're not happy they'll come back out and do it again. They don't use a lot of soap in their cleaning, which is good with all the pets I have, and the stains just don't come back the next week after. There are just all kinds of things I can say about their customer service, as well as the carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, and upholstery cleaning itself, and I've had them do it all. What else can I say? Whoever wants to know how well Serv Pro does what they do, or what kind of service they have to offer, I'd be happy to talk to them. I don't believe there is a better carpet cleaning service in the East Valley than these guys.
