So my laptop goes on the fritz at the worst possible moment. I called Karls Technology and Brian arrived within a few hours. He identified the cause of my problem in just minutes! Then he tested and checked to make sure his assumption was correct and that the problem was fixed. He also noticed that I needed to update a virus protection program and he took care of that, too. Brian is very conscientious and thorough.He clearly explained the problem I was having and showed me how to avoid it in the future. He also reminded me to back up my work on an external drive. I need to hear that more often.I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I got today. Thank you Brian and go, Karls Technology!
