Each dish is prepared in the traditional Italian way with fresh herbs and always
remembering the way our mothers and grandmothers did it. Our specialties include most of the imported ingredients from Italy like the creamy Burrata from Andria or the fresh white Truffle from Alba and the black one from Umbria All our pasta is
made by hand: pappardelle, tagliatelle, potatoes gnocchi and we serve them in a vast array of traditional sauces. We carry a good selection of fresh fish and in addition to the chicken and traditional veal dishes like Ossobuco Milanese and Oxtail Vaccinara, we serve a temping menu' of exotic meat and wild game like our best selling Rabbit Cacciatora, stewed and spicy wild boar, creamy and truffled pheasant, reindeer chops with foie gras or venison tenderloin in an appetizing green peppercorn sauce.... Don't leave the restaurant without trying our homemade desserts, too; Crispy Cannoli Siciliana or Chocolate cake with Zabaione sauce, panna cotta etc.
History
