About Saporissimo Restaurant
Each dish is prepared in the traditional Italian way with fresh herbs and always
remembering the way our mothers and grandmothers did it. Our specialties include most of the imported ingredients from Italy like the creamy Burrata from Andria or the fresh wh...ite Truffle from Alba and the black one from Umbria All our pasta is
made by hand: pappardelle, tagliatelle, potatoes gnocchi and we serve them in a vast array of traditional sauces. We carry a good selection of fresh fish and in addition to the chicken and traditional veal dishes like Ossobuco Milanese and Oxtail Vaccinara, we serve a temping menu' of exotic meat and wild game like our best selling Rabbit Cacciatora, stewed and spicy wild boar, creamy and truffled pheasant, reindeer chops with foie gras or venison tenderloin in an appetizing green peppercorn sauce.... Don't leave the restaurant without trying our homemade desserts, too; Crispy Cannoli Siciliana or Chocolate cake with Zabaione sauce, panna cotta etc.

My daughter and I were on vacation and I wanted authentic italian food.I went online and came across saporissimo went there one night and I absolutley fell in love with this place. It was just like a resturant in italy(decor) and the food was EXCELLENT! I felt like I wa...s in italy.I would never go anywhere else.I can't wait to go back when I return to fl. The best food ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where the Elk and the Antelope don't fool around.
Beside a full menu of traditional home cooked Tuscan specialties (including black truffles when in season), this boite serves exotic meats such as Elk chops, buffalo steaks, Antelope and "the best pork in the world." Unless you're a big game hunter, you'll have a truly unique dining experience!
Amazing
My wife and I had the most amazing evening st Saporissimo. We felt more like a friend in their home than a customer. We were tempted with 20 or more specialty dishes of which we ordered a few a shared... we just couldn't choose. We ordered too much, beautiful mozzare...lla cheese, homemade pasta with cream black truffle sauce and osso bucco. Every bite was amazing. We will be back.
