Many years, several homes
Sandi has sold 2 houses for us we bought 3 homes through her. She always stays in touch with us so we know what's going on. Other real estate agents I know seem to respect her.
She does a good job
We bought a foreclosed home from her, and she seemed to know everything about that lender that was selling the house and the best way to write our offer, so we ended up beating out some other buyers who made offers. It helped that she knew the other agent too, and he trusted her.

She did a short sale for us and got a full release from the deficiency, even on the second loan. She really had to work hard on this sale, more than other agents we know would have.
