I wasn’t serious when I told them to get there asap. All I needed was a new lock on the cupboard, and I was in no hurry. So, I carried out some research (online, calling locksmiths, asking friends etc) and chose <1>. Here’s why:

1) Pricing seemed great and they did not have any hidden charges
2) They offered 24/7 service in <5>

I worked odd-shifts and was only available at home after 3:00 am. <1> fit the bill since it seemed like they could get there when I needed it without charging extra. And sure enough, choosing <1< was the right decision.

I never really cared much for quality- and I soon realized how dearly it might cost me. I got a spare key made at a local hardware shop and handed it to the babysitter. A few days later, she called up saying that the keys I’d handed out to her had snapped in the lock and she couldn’t get into the home. My son was alone at home and without further ado, I rushed home.
