We droped off a guitar amp. And for a month they told us that they were ordering parts. Then we recieved a call and were told that it was the tubes. And we had to pay, even though we have extensive warranty on the amp and were told by the co. that we bought it from that it was. They gave us the run around and were not happy when we told them that we were buying the tubes our selves. And just needed them to install them. We were then told to call back and talk to the manager. I would highly recomend people to look into this place before going there, they are not what they are made out to be. It should not take a month and a half to find out that it is the power tubes.
