I just didn’t want to call my car dealer again to replace the faulty key fob. While technology was great, I’d gotten so used to locking/unlocking my car remotely, the lack of it was driving me nuts. Dealerships are a rip off and their slow response is even more irks...ome. A Honda dealer told me it’ll cost me about $200 but I wasn’t willing to spend that much. I expected them to be quicker than the dealer, but definitely not this quick .They were at my place in less than twenty minutes, and I got a key fob replacement in no time. Somehow, the replacement key I’d got managed to break in about two weeks. The worst part was that it just didn’t break at some random place, it broke inside the lock. So now there were pieces of the key stuck in the lock which made it impossible for me to operate it... with the spare I had. I called Royal Locksmith Store on 440-387-5128! They were about the only ones who were open late at night, according to my neighbor. And sure enough, a rep answered my call and assured me of sending help right away. Within minutes, there was a locksmith at my doorstep. David was careful not to damage the lock while he extracted the broken pieces. The dumbest thing I ever did was when I locked myself out of my home when I was out to get the morning paper. I stood there in my PJs, looking completely clueless. All my windows were locked and I didn’t fancy the idea of breaking into my own home. I had the phone but... had no idea whom to call for help. Being a single parent wasn’t easy. I had to juggle between work, household chores and take care of my 2-year old son. To make things easier, I hired a babysitter to look after Rob while I was away.
