I bought a drone that will not fly. It has a 90 day warranty but the company will not respond to emails or phone calls.

These people are thieves. I bought a product in October and they refuse to ship item and refund my money. If you call customer service they hang up as soon as you tell them it is about a shipment or order.
Stay away or just flush your money down the toilet as you will get some enjoyment that way.

Would give ZERO stars if could. RC truck "Urban Renegade" didn't work properly when took it out of the box. Top question on their FAQ is "Didn't work out of box" to give you an idea this is standard for them. I had to pay $30 to ship to TX for repair. When it came back it worked for just 5 minutes!! I filed a complaint with the BBB as Eric stopped responding me when I requested they pay for shipping as it is the 2nd internal malfunction. I gave him a full week to call or email a solution. Now I take to the internet!
