We gave him $250 to order parts I believe it was 2 months ago and he has dodged is since. Will not return phone calls or anything. We sometimes get his employee or wife or whatever she is and she constantly gives a different story either they can't refund cause they ordered the parts or that they haven't ordered the parts yet and still can't refund us. DO NOT use this guy. You will regret it for many months, he is absolutely not worth the frustration or months of your time.

This was the very worst service call i have ever experienced. They came in my home looked at the television said yep its dark. Did not have a solution. Told my warranty compnay there were no problems now my warranty is void. They are a bunch of crooks. With no self respect. They ask my cant you just increase the bright and the problem is solved. That distorted the other colors and made it worse... Stay away from this company far far away
