I'm sure everyone has read the clichè, "If I could give them a negative star, I would!" Well, in this case, I would!! They are so rude, incompetent, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I called Progressive Roadside. I was told that Roadline would send someone out in 1 hour. 1.5 hours goes by and I've called these people twice and they assure me that someone is on their way. I told them to please try to be here before Discount Tire closes and they said they would because there was plenty of time. I'd been waiting 2 hours, so I call again. I'm frustrated. He says that I need to call my insurance carrier and get another tow company to come out!!! They should not be in business. They should expect to deal with frustrated customers. Most of their customers are people stranded because of car trouble. But to be given an attitude and to be left stranded and then to be hung up on, that just shows how unprofessional and uncouth these people are! Steer clear of this company, no pun intended.

My wife calls Insurance company for roadside assistance. They say the Tow Service will be there at 0738. waited until he was an hour late and called only to be told, "I'm not an Uber driver. I am also not a Yellow Cab driver. We don't do appointments." I call for management, only to be laughed at and told to have a nice day. I promise to spend the rest of the day visiting every website i can in order to leave a review so that someone else might see.. My wife is pregnant and should NOT have to wait for some scumbag, over- the-phone trash talker for hours. All around terrible service!!! We wanted to cancel the service, but we didn't have to because he never showed up. We ended up calling Luis Wrecker Service in Houston and he was there in about 35 -40 min. I might consider moving insurance companies if this is the kind of partners they have. Don't use Roadside Express, or RoadNet or Roadline or whatever name these ignorant fools may be calling themselves on this particular day.

These people towed my son's truck last night and never showed up with the truck at the repair shop. They were rude and hung up on my son when he called to asked about it. The police are crooked, too. They told my son that this was a "civil disagreement". When does auto theft become a civil disagreement. The owner and the tow truck driver need to be arrested and charged with auto theft. I think I will get my attorney involved.
