fell far beyond already low expecations..
Went to Regency for the first time today and had low expecations going in but I just needed a quick refresher on my dark hair so I figured they couldn't really mess up putting some color on my roots and running it through the ends.. it was only 1 color.. well I was way WRONG.. they went through 5 bowls of color and it took them 2 hours to apply the color (my hair is barely below my shoulders and very thin) not to mention they had two girls applying the color... \t\n\t\nWhile processing (even though it had already been processing the two hours it had took them to apply the color) I decided to get a pedicure which I was pleased with (you get what you pay for there) but during that time my hair had begun to dry (which even I know should not happen when color is involved) I told my sytlist and she just chuckled about it (at that point I knew my hair was going to be incredibly dried out)\t\n\t\nMy appointment began at 1:30 and it was finally time to rinse my hair at 4:00pm (im not joking).. they did the worst job rinsing my hair I have ever experienced and there was color all down my back and on my forehead (which again they chuckled about). Two girls then tried to blow dry my dried out tangly hair (which is usually extremely easy to brush through) at that point I told them I would just go home with the wet hair. \t\n\t\nThe color in itself turned out fine (kinda hard to mess that up) but my hair was ultimately completely dried and my day completely wasted.\t\n\t\nTo top it all off the girls were openly complaning in front of customers about not getting tips. Maybe if they allowed people to tip when they pay with a card and have a sign that states that they can't tip on a card then they would be getting more tips.. or if the teachers kept a better eye on these girls.\t\n\t\nAgain, I understand that these are students but they need to learn and when the teachers are telling them they are doing a good job.. it's not gonna happen.
