He received our home in August of 2009 and had a contract on it in 3 weeks. He works very hard for his clients and makes you feel at ease that things are being taking care of. He is a man who does what he says he will do and more. I don't think there is enough good things we can say about him.

CAAR preliminary home sale statistics for Apr of '10 reveal a 36.6 increase in residential transactions with 392 sold and closed as compared to 287 in '09. The average sale price of an existing single family home in Apr of '10 was $126,100, reflecting a 3.4% increase over the Apr '09 price of $122,000. Sale pendings in Apr '10 were 639, reflecting a 50.7% increase over the 424 sale pendings in Apr '09. New listings were up 28.9% with 615 new listings in Apr '10 as compared to 477 in Apr '09.
