I was also scammed by Glenn. Great pre sales service but totally worthless after the sale. The GM Jeff Cotten is just as worthless. I would not recommend this company. Beware!!

Residential Salesman Broken Promises
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A GUY NAMED GLEN CLARK, SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN TUCSON HE WILL PROMISE AND PROMISE SERVICES AND FEATURES AND WILL NOT FULFILL PROMISES. PROTECTION ONE IS A AWSOME COMPANY GREAT SERVICE BUT THIS SALES MAN IS BY FAR THE WORST. WHEN YOU MAKE A REQUEST FOR A APOINTMENT REQUEST THAT HE IS NOT YOUR SALESMAN THE OTHER TWO SALES MEN FOR RESIDENTIAL ARE A WHOLE LOT BETTER. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTKE I DID IN MAKING AND KEEPING GLEN AS MY SALESMAN, WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF MY CONTRACT.
