Good and predictable Service
I had to replace a double glazed panel on a window. I received quick friendly service measuring up from the owner, and they gave me a quote and a delivery date which they stuck too.\t\n\t\nNo complaints, and the price was good. It's hard to ask for better service.
Extremely rude and unauthorized charges on my card!!!
We had some glass replaced at our home and the receptionist Christine was extremely rude and difficult to work with from the start. She was so condescending to me over the phone, I was planning on never using this company again based on her bad attitude alone. Then, I got my credit card bill and I had been charged an extra $100 that I did not authorize. Of course, when I called to resolve this, they had no record of this unauthorized charge and would not refund my money. Oh, and she was extremely rude once again. I think it goes without saying, but I will NEVER use Prime Glass again!!
Frameless Shower Enclosure & Vanity Mirror
We recently hired Prime Glass to install a frameless shower enclosure and vanity mirror in our bathroom. They gave us the most competitive price and did an outstanding job for us. We give them 5 stars for their price and work. Also, there's plenty of parking on both sides of the store so its easy to swing by and hop back onto Arsenal Street.
