Precision did NOT kill our mold, BEWARE!

Warning, warning! Do Not Hire These People!\t\n\t\nWe hired precision environmental to dry out our house after water damage and kill the mold in our home. Precision did not kill the mold, they won't go back to fix the problem, and they won't even return my phone calls...!\t\n\t\nThe reason we opted for the thermapure heat process is that it is supposed to kill the mold in areas that you cannot reach by normal mold remediation. We hired Precision, they heated the house, BUT DID NOT KILL THE MOLD. \t\n\t\nAfter a mold sample was taken to test if the mold was dead came back showing the mold is still alive, Precision Environmental will not go back to the house to kill the mold. We paid them the $12,000 in the contract by check which states they are to kill the mold. Stupid me paid them before the test came back showing the mold is still alive, so we are without recourse except to hire an attorney and sue.\t\n\t\nNo one is calling me back from the company, our house is left with mold, it needs to be reconstructed after our flood, and so now we either have to sue or hire someone else to do the job they should have and/ or both! \t\n\t\nMy advice: stay away from these people, or if you do hire them, do not pay them until you know you got what you paid for! It is terrible that people will not make good on a contract! Shame on you Precision! \t\n\t\nPrecision you should read your own contract because it states that whomever loses the case is responsible for the attorney fees of the prevailing party. The attorney I am hiring is $900/hour so in the end it will be much cheaper for Precision to fix the problem NOW than lose in court! The first line in your contract says you will ""kill"" the mold! You did not!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EXTERMINATION NEEDS!!!

I was a customer of Precision Environmental last year (2007). They purport to be an environmentally friendly company. This is not so if you are a pet or plant living the house being treated. I can assure you that their ""do-gooder"" propaganda is completely misrepres...entative of their actual service. In this emerging market of eco-friendly alternatives, one would think as I did that these types of companies would outperform their competition in an effort to generate a good reputation, a word of moth clientele etc. Let me tell you about my experience. I hired Precision Environmental to perform a termite extermination. Their first attempt to eradicate the problem was unsuccessful. They needed to treat my house a second time to get the job done. I was assured that the plants in my house and my daughter's pet lizard would not be in any danger throughout the process. I came home to find every plant in the house completely destroyed but what's worse was the fact that my 6 year old daughter's cherished pet, a Bearded Dragon (I know... odd pet for a 6 year old girl) perished as well. Now I could forgive the fact that they needed to re-treat the house. After all, being environmentally conscious comes with some sacrifices. But the fact that they carelessly treated the living creatures in my home is deplorable to say the least. I was assured by the president of the company that some sort of compensation would be offered. After several conversations with this gentleman over several months I still have not been compensated for the death of my daughter's pet or my plants. I simple apology has not even been issued. My recommendation is that you find another company more focused on customer service. I am certain that if and when an issue of warranty emerges, Precision Environmental wont be there for me. Quite possibly with the tactics they employ of killing pets and plants and poor customer service they wont be in business long. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!
