Plaza Toyota has a customer for life!
Shopping for a car is not the easiest thing to do but we decided to go to plaza Toyota after receiving an online quote. We walked in and told the receptionist at the front desk we had an appointment with David Petri. Within five minutes a friendly man greeted my wife an...d I and offered us a drink. I was amazed that we were test driving a brand new Toyota Hylander within twenty minutes of arriving! David Petri was soft spoken and never pushy. He told us about the new Toyota credit card we could use as our down payment, save us a bundle in the end. Mr. Petri introduced us to the General Manager, Dominic Mele. I told him about the horror stories I had heard when shopping for a new car. Mr. Mele, smiled and said, “Plaza Toyota is not like other dealerships, I make certain every customer feels relaxed and comfortable when purchasing a car and I tell my staff this every day. Mr. Petri walked back with a contracted price and we drove away a life time customers!
