Horrible customer service. Once she has your money, she doesn't return your calls or emails. Her pictures are good but based on her service she is over priced. It took us 9 months to get our wedding album when the contract says 10 weeks. I finally heard from her when I told her I was going to take her to small claims court and report her to the better business bureau for breach of contract. I wish I were exaggerating.....she really would not return any calls or emails. And she was late to photograph our wedding and engagement :(
