Total waste of money!
My hypnosis session with Penny Rea was a total waste of almost $300. I felt absolutely no different during or after the hypnosis. I am not even convinced I was even hypnotized. Also, she recommended a fad diet and gave other nutrition information that was not science-based. If I had this decision to make over, I would NOT make an appointment with this hypotherapist.
