Adae (sp?) was friendly, informative, efficient, understanding and patient. He dealt with my insurance company and the rental company, so I didn't have to do any more than necessary. He even tried to scrub off the hardened egg on my car that the wash did not get off. The job was done very nicely and the car was returned clean and smelled pretty good, and it was a relief to feel so taken care of.
