Park of The Four Seasons Manufactured Home Communi

I have been in this park for 14 years, and it continues to go down hill. It is known as the Slums of Blaine.Water has been shut off 13 times in a 3 month period because of water main breaks. I have a neighbor that the kids shoots bb guns up into the trees, between the houses. The police have taken the guns 3 times, parents keep buying more for them. The managers say that isn't enough to evict them. The same kids drove their bikes across the road to block me from driving, I honked told them to get out the road. The manager told me I was in the wrong, they have the right away and I should have turned around and went down a different street. What the h__ . They had a rottweiler which they never kept chained. It came after my dog while I was walking. Management does nothing because they want the rent money. 4 managers in 3 years is pretty bad. Each one comes in blaming the previous one but doesn't do anything to fix the problems. Stay away from this park.

They flooded 3 home with a water leak that was allowed to leak for almost a month. It seems like they have fixed it this time but that is what they thought a few weeks ago when they tried before.\t\n\t\nThe city and county have taken notice to the eye sore that is Park Of Four Seasons.\t\n\t\nSo far the only thing the park has done to fix the bad reviews is request that their google place page be removed.

Are you kidding me? No drugs? Apparently you need to do your research. The Blaine PD has undercover task force and decoy people working this park because IT IS GOING ON HERE, The city council, OSHA, the MN Health Department, Department of Public Works and several others are now fining the park, the current water break has evacuated more than 600,000,000 million gallons of water and that's just from this one active water break, not to mention the other two breaks that aren't even fixed yet. 25.5 hours without water is against the law, What if your house would have caught fire? With no water it would have burned to the ground. The violations of this park have caught the attention of the media, the Attorney Generals office and several other higher up legal annals. You will be getting notification from APAC about an upcoming meeting regarding the new association being formed and I strongly suggest you attend to become aware of all the infractions being brought by the Park. We want all of the parks residents to be aware of the real problems that exist here. Did you know the creek that runs through the park has tested positive for e coli?
