The Victory Dealer - Palmdale Supercycles located in Palmdale, CA is outstanding! The owner has been around motorcycles his entire life. He knows motorcycles, the joy of riding, and has an extreme grasp of customer service. This philosophy is visible in the culture, behavior, and attitude of the staff. He told me that he could make me a good deal on a new motorcycle. We agreed on a price and closed the deal with a handshake (this is a lost custom) in 5 minutes -- if only all purchases were that easy there would be more vehicle sales. The experience was so great; I purchased 3 Victory motorcycles from this dealership in a 2-month period. He and his staff are model examples for others to emulate.

Bought a Polaris RZR S from this place and was out in 20 minutes with the toy........................ It was simple with no ssle shark pressure what so ever.......
I would definately buy again from this shop, a lil more $ but who cares about that whith no stress service at the helm.
