The people are so friendly
The people are so friendly and super helpful. I bought my hot tub here (Sundance Certa), and both the shopping and installation experience were very pleasant. A husband and wife team owns the company. They seem to have a small staff that helps them. During the installat...ion, Ruben the husband was present, and helped me pick a good spot for the tub. I didn't need to know anything really; they helped me figure out the best hot tub for the way I wanted to use it, without overselling me something too expensive. There are a lot of options that can get very confusing and I felt the choices I was guided to end up working very well for me. I've had my hot tub for over a year now, and it's working like a charm! Thing to note about Sundance hot tubs are you shouldn't slack too much on the chemical treatments. The filter needs to be kept pretty clean.

Our spa was competitively priced, and we got wonderful and prompt service both in the installation and follow-up questions. These people know their spas, are polite and helpful, and I have absolutely no complaints.
