Ohio Scrap Corporation

I've been doing business with Ohio Scrap since they opened a few years ago and was very satisfied till today . Now the staff there has been of the highest quailty and the front desk staff has always been the reason I've continued to return there time and again . Today I took an older pontoon boat in to scrap out and was docked 600 pounds for the plywood deck . That equals 100 pounds a sheet for the plywood . Checking with the manufacturer and Pontoon Parts .com, I found that the actual weight of a sheet of premium deck plywood was 80 pounds . So i was docked 120 pounds that was actually clean aluminum . I find this totally unacceptable and do not plan on ever doing business again with Ohio Scrap . And therein lies the problem, you can have many great experiances with a business but just one bad experiance will loose you customers for good . I find it a real shame cause I was once very happy but now I'm a former customer due to a total lack of knowledge by just one staff member
