This place needs a ( -) star. They do not treat people right.

This is the problem with a monopoly. You have no other choice for garbage pickup in this area...and every time I have had to call for any reason, the phone rings busy for about 30 consecutive attempts. Then you finally get one of 2 women in the office and BOTH of them are the rudest women I have ever spoken with. They get snippy, and flippant, and act like you should be grateful to be speaking to them. What a crock.

You have to keep calling and hanging, up calling and hanging up to finally get through to someone. They must only have one line because it constantly rings busy. Then when you get through to someone the customer service is horrible, and they snap at you while you're trying to explain your issue. This is such a joke! They are lucky there is no other garbage company to chose from in Oak Grove or they would be out of business already. I wouldn't be surprised if people start opting to drive their own waste to the dump to avoid dealing with them. I wish negative stars were an option for a rating!
