Spoke with "Chris" for three months on progress of the laon. Found out 48 hours before settlement that cash to bring to table was much more than they estimated for the last three months. They did not account for items that a mortgage company in business for over 15 year...s should have. Everyone who I know that bought a house had to bring less to the table because thier estime was a worse case senario. I could not even get a call back from "Chris" to discuss the issues, he had some other lady call me back. The only thing they could offer me was "you have the option not to close if you do not want." Stay away from this company, they are only interested in thier bottom line and kickbacks, and not your needs. Read More
