On Wednesday, May 13, I had a mammogram, and on Friday, May 15, Norcal contacted my home phone with what I fear are bad results. Had they contacted my cell phone, I could have talked with them. Now I have to wait in agony until Monday for the results. Then when I tried to verify that I am a person, I was unable to do so. Please, Norcal, call all of the patient's numbers and make it easy for her to contact you.

I was seen today at the NorCal Concord office which I was referred to by my doctor. They were extremely rude to me, they didn't answer my questions, and made snide remarks to me especially when they could't find my 5 month old fetus saying it's just gas I feel kick, and I'm gaining weight for no reason. They were completely unprofessional and I have put a complaint in with the company. I do not recommend the Concord office of this company to anyone unless you want to go away crying.
