New Age Distribution Agency

A friend was recently working there. They distribute all these big time newspapers like l.a Times, Orange County Registers, Daily Tribune, Daily Bulletin, Wall Street Journal. The warehouse where these are distributed are in appalling conditions and the workers Have to,pay for the packaging/ rubber bands so that the clients papers are delivered in mint condition. That doesn't even make sense to me. These are big time newspaper company's they can afford to supply the packaging. Why should the workers pay for the packaging!!!!!! Overall I feel the company pushes workers to,their limit at absolute minimum wage and then charges them for the newspapers packaging.
