National Dance Clubs

Please read reviews before going in with their online special-I wish I had. After using that, the next set of lessons is pretty reasonable (about $200). Before you can even finish this they ask you to sign up for the first level (Social Ease) package of lessons for $2000 . It just gets worse from there. You cannot take any of their offers (for trips or competitions) out the door and they become rude when you don't give them all the money they want. Bottomless pit of money. Be careful, they'll act like your best friends while they're getting your money then talk to you like trash if you stop.

So, here's the rundown... They get you in for some cheap advertisement. Then, there'll be some small "Get you hooked" package. After that, the prices go to about $1800-$1900 for 10 more private lessons and group classes. IF you can afford that, they'll try to hit you up for THOUSANDS of dollars more in dance lessons. If you have the audacity to tell them that you can't afford that, they will be totally rude and treat you like you are dirt. The studio is fairly nice, but WOW are they high pressure and WAY OVER PRICED. The instructors are mostly (fake) nice, but all are young and inexperienced. I had thought to myself that maybe they just placed an ad in the paper and hired them off the street. Then, I saw an ad on Craigslist where they were doing that exact thing! The negative reviews about NDC that are all over the internet are absolutely dead on

I have been dancing at NDC Brentwood for a little over a year now. My experience there has been nothing but wonderful. I have learned to dance, lost weight and have met some great people along the way. This investment in a hobby for myself will last me a lifetime and has been well worth it! My instructor as well as all the other instructors are very professional and encourage you to learn as much as you can. There are always opportunities that are presented to do shows, competitions, or trips, but I have never felt pressure into doing any of them. I do have to say that dancing is a expensive hobby but it is a great activity to learn to dance, exercise without realizing it and meet some great people. My time at NDC has been worth every minute. There are some negative reviews on here about NDC. In the time that I have been taking lessons I have never seen any of it. I attend just about all the parties and outings and the staff has always kept a professional manner and appearance. NDC Brentwood is like an extended family, everyone knows your name and greets you as soon as you walk in the door! There is no other place I would rather invest in dancing than NDC Brentwood!
