I had a wool carpet in my bedroom that I needed cleaned. 3 carpet cleaners said they couldnt clean it because they said it was too delicate. I called NYC Carpet Cleaners and they cleaned the heck out of it and didnt say it was delicate at all. What a difference a REAL carpet cleaning company can make. The carpet it back to its original color.
