Non-Existent Customer Service, Won't Be Buying From Again
Ordered the Polydron Bridge Set at $249 and it didn't come with the red tub, just in a cardboard shipping carton. Have called numerous times and no one answers the phone. I stayed on hold until either a person or the system they have actually hung up on me. I don't think I'll be getting that red tub before Christmas. Horrible customer service, won't be buying from again.

Horrible!!
I ordered $150 of Christmas gifts from Museum Tour and received a partial order. I have called 6 times to speak to someone, and no one answers the phone, returns messages or emails. I am in the process of having to dispute the charges on my credit card. I think this is a total scam! Do not order from this company!
