Mrk Tire & Automotive

I patronized MRK for two years because the folks there are really nice however -- no more. Every time I go in there they are so disorganized. Last time I was going to wait while they fixed my brake rotors; after 2+ hours I realized they had not even started (and they only have 1 lathe so it was going to take a long time if they ever did get started). Oh, and I had made an appointment the previous day. And I asked about it several times during the 2 hour interval but I don't think the receptionist really checked when she said she was going to. I'm sorry that I can't go back there. I do feel that they are honest, and I don't know that I could say that about a lot of the other repair places around here.
