* Change towels as requested
* Clean and disinfect toilets, bathtubs and showers
* Hand wash floors
All Rooms
* Pick up and straighten all areas
* Dust all surfaces
* Wipe down windowsills and baseboards
* Clean all hardwood floors and tile floors around the house by hand
* Vacuum floors and carpets
* Vacuum Stairs
* Make the beds
* Empty the trash

Unprofessional and Unreliable
Moschella cleaning services has cleaned our apartment for >1yr. During this time we have been satisfied with their cleaning. BUT they are very unreliable... scheduled to come on a particular day and just don't show up..no advance notice... no email.. no phone call mess...age....NOTHING. After multiple attempts to work with their own personal schedule we have been quite flexible. Despite this they have been extremely unprofessional in failing to notify us that they were not showing up. After more then 10 episodes of this nonsense we have parted ways. BEWARE of using these folks as they are unreliable and unprofessional.
