Just attended a funeral and Morley's was paid in full in advance to deliver a catered lunch to arrive by noon. No lunch arrived at noon and when a family member called to inquire, she was told they were busy and was hung up on. Lunch arrived at 2:45pm cold and unappealing! No apology or anything. How sad for the grieving family!
