I am so sorry for the experience of the family member whose mother did not resemble herself. I have no maybe this -or maybe that was the reason why. Truly you have the right to express how you feel. However, twenty years is a very long time to carry the this weight. Try to give it to God, so you may experience peace at a time when there is hardly any peace to be found.

Meanwhile, in all fairness, I appreciated how my husband's body was prepared in 2001,and also my grandmother's in 2004. I was very pleased with both.

When I have a problem with a business I will not patronize them again either. So this is not to convince you to change your mind. But, only to offer a differnt view.

My mother was killed in 87, Moon funeral home did
a horrible job on her body, She didnt even look like herself.
The way her faced looked had nothing to do with her death,
I was also the one who identifed her at hurley hours after
her death, she looked then as if she was sleeping, after Moon
got thru with her, she looked like a totally different person, it has
been 20 years since her death... and the way her body looked
at the funeral still haunts me and my family to this day.
