DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! They do not care about your loss, they will not do anything out of decency for your family! Three weeks we had to wait, only to find out that we had no death certificate. Made no attempt to contact anyone. We're surprised they did'nt try to charge us rent because our Father was kept in cold storage that long. Go local! This is a big corporation and they only want to make a sale. Unfortunately, with cremation, they don't get the bucks they woukld get for a burial
