Stay away from Mel's contracting owners jim melnick and tracey menlnick
Stay away-they screwed us on money for a huge addition and did not pay their sub-contractors. They supposely closed shop to avoid finshing the work but took the money. They will probably open under a new name. Do not work with Jim or Tracey Melnick.
