VERY, VERY poor service
My TV is in my bedroom and from the very beginning, I have not had all the channels my family is p0aying for. I was originally told someone would be out on a Friday, (NO SHOW). On Monday we called, and they would be out Tuesday afternoon, (NO SHOW). Several conversations later, it will be a week before someone can get out here to service this thing unless one of the techs HAPPENS to be in the area and stop by.

Poor Customer Service
I have tried to speak with someone in customer service via phone for the past 2 hrs. I have yet to speak with anyone at all. I don't believe I will be upgradeing any service with Mediacon.
