Horrible drivers!! She sat in her car, horn blaring, waking everyone in my home. SHE WAS AT THE WRONG HOUSE!! When I walked outside to ask her to leave, she threatened to call the police on me!! I told her to make sure she told them... 1. She was at the wrong house. 2. I asked her 3 times to leave. 3. Only after I threatened to call her company, did she leave.

I am e-mailing this to some one that handles Complaints of your drivers....To day on 7-25-14 my daughter Alexandra Price and her mother Jennifer Price was going to Nashville for her Appointments..Our driver was Caven Melton and he drove like a mad man.For example we wer...e in Nashville and we almost got in a wreck several times...We were in traffic coming back from Nashville and he would stop on a dime when he saw brake lights in front of him instead of slowing down....Also I had to open the door to throw up so I would not do it in the Van....he would also turn the corners also like a mad man...I did tell him to please stop driving like this and he did not care....Please contact me A.S.A.P. about this matter....#615-962-7304.....Thank you.... I live in Harriman,Tn. and down the street from my house always sits the same dark blue mini-van, sometimes over night. Today it has been there since 11:15am.. I used to be a driver for this company.. i had very good communication with my clients as for they were my job... but when i had a problem that desperately needed to be taken care of the company could not even give me 3 days off to take care of the desperate situation...... they dont care for thier drivers like a company should ....all they are interested in the money they are going to make off picking up clients... As a result of their inconsideration and not letting me deal with my problem... MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY. And do you think for one minute that they had any consideration for this? No they didnt... they terminated me and told me that i had to take too much time off... and this was the only time i had asked to be off... they tell you that their goal is the drivers and the clients... but the truth is their only goal is how many people you can cram in the van cause its all money to them... i would not recommend this company to anyone that needs transportation or a job! They truely do not care how long a patient has to sit outside in what ever kind of weather... nor do they care for how many hours a driver has been out there and not being able to stop for a meal... Very bad business practices on all their parts... they need to be took out there and left sitting like some of their patients are done... and made to be out there 14-16 hours doing nothing but driving and not eat a bite! Maybe then they would learn how it feels But surely wouldnt change how they treat their drivers or clients... Read More

I have to give kudos to almost all of the drivers out there for this area but as for the office personnel they leave a lot to be desired, there is one in particular that is horrible to deal with... I have now missed an important Dr.'s appt because I dared to complain ab...out the shoddy treatment that I have received... If I can help it I will no longer be using med-ride! Read More

This company is the most inconsiderate company I have ever had to deal with. The slogan on their card is " The Journey to good health begins with Us." Hell they think it is o.k to pick people 4 hours before an appointment and just drive around with them in the van with ...other sick people and drop them off an hour off an hour early before their appointment time. then not pick them up for two more hours and not take them home for another 4 hours.
